DJ Arbitraje is a boutique firm founded more than 10 years ago by Dyalá Jiménez, focused on commercial and investment dispute resolution. The firm began in Santiago, Chile, and now operates from San José, Costa Rica.

DJ Arbitraje’s services are focused on international arbitration: our team has ample experience working with the main arbitration rules in the Americas and Europe, and is adept at dealing with multiple jurisdictions and industries.

DJ Arbitraje is composed of professionals who are also specialists in domestic arbitration, mediation and complex negotiations and possess a unique and well-rounded view of conflicts due to their multifaceted experience as arbitrators, consultants, counsel, and leaders of arbitral institutions. They also have political and public-sector experience as former members of the Costa Rican Government. This allows the firm to offer high-quality services, with the attentiveness and flexibility that only a small firm can provide.

DJ Arbitraje’s team members are also members of numerous organizations related to dispute resolution and actively participate in conferences and working groups. Additionally, they have a solid academic trajectory and regularly publish. DJ Arbitraje is able to work in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
